In May 2022, the New Brunswick Coalition for Tenants Rights filed a complaint against the Saint John / New Brunswick Apartment Owners Association for maintaining a tenant blacklist. AND, if you’ve lived in a property owned by Gorham Real Estate, Colpitts Development, Seville Property Group, Killam Apartment REIT, or JB Real Estate Ltd, we’ve also included a draft email you can send to them to request to know if you’ve been added to a blacklist and request to be taken off.
